Throwing this out there for a quick-fix as it's just a typo, but the Enchanter Survey for Solstice shows up as "Enchanter Survey: Clothier." The nodes are at the location shown when using the survey, but it's mislabeled when in Inventory.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.
