ESO Plus help
Just some quick thoughts, some players might be having this issue in other consoles, so I thought I would write a quick couple things I am goiing to do to try and counter the issue I am having
1.Xbox gamepass - due date 5th of every month
2.Xbox ESO Plus - due 5th of every month
The gamepass is okay, noticed this month that the Crown Points were not coming in, frustrating to no end, was wondering why the Crown Points from the Store were not being added, I think they were showing up as being added as like 1000 Crown Points added into the Crown Store, the support wrote the template out for me, think they are like 1650 Crown Points each month. The problem showing up is that ESO+ is showing past due for this month in which I already paid both, communicated with Xbox support, they are issuing a refund when ESO+ is showing as past due that is something I do not understand why they are giving a refund...
The thing I am going to attempt to do because the accounting dept. obviously knows what they are doing, the problem that I see is that the next reoccurring month for the payment cycle is July when the account inside Xbox is showing the next reoccurring cycle will be in August, thankfully the Xbox support that went through about 4 different agents to understand saw August as the problem, hopefully this is better understood with the number 6 and 7 being an issue in the payment system, the number jumped to 8 and that is why I am writing what I am going to attempt to do in order for those two numbers to be solved
I am going to pay every Mundus Stone available and place them in a house and also pay for the DLCs that are available that will hopefully repair the system with whatever malfunction is occurring from the current problem of the system showing August instead of July because the current month is June 2025
