Stamina drain bug

I am in the group dungeon Hall of the Dead and have drain hit me from out of no where. I`m in sneak but talking to someone on the phone and I see that i`m standing instead of hiding. I got off the phone and try this again and about 3 mins later I get a hard hit to my stamina that almost takes all my stamina then I watch as it slowly disappears. I looked at my character sheet and there is no debuff or active effect but I do see SNEAK, that couldn`t be the problem because i`m not moving just hiding.
