Flame banner buffs all damage over time effects
Shocking banner buffs all direct damage effects
Magical banner buffs all magical damage effects (flame, frost, shock, magic)
Physical banner buffs all martial damage effects (bleed, disease, physical, poison)
If you're trying to specifically buff frost damage effects for your build, you'll want the magic banner.7
