Bug with Khajiit passives and stealth detection radius bonuses.

If you don't have your Khajiit passives active then any bonuses you get elsewhere aren't applied.
Recently wanted to level up my thieves guild and dark brotherhood skill lines so broke out my old 3 piece night terror, 4 piece darloc brae and 5 piece night mothers embrace, which alongside my CP -3m points should give me -9m. However equipping all of them barely did anything compared to wearing my normal gear.
I thought there was a change with how stealth worked and just accepted enemies have god tier detection now since the CP tree gives it passively. Only when talking about it did others point out it still works like it used to before the changes. I then tried unequipping the CP passives and there was still little change in how perceptive enemies are.
I didn't even think to check if my racial passives had become unbound since I set them ages ago.
When I went to grab a screensnip of my passives being bound I found that they had been reset at some point. After binding them all the various bonuses then applied so enemies went back to being largely blind instead of detecting me from 3m away with -9m of bonuses.
