Deconstruction vs Adventuring level
I have my main and then I set up an alt I was planning on doing blacksmithing. I decided to start working on it a little to clear up bank space. I have Metalworking 2 and Metal Extraction 1. My Blacksmithing level is 7 (was 5 when I started doing this) but my adventuring level is only 4. I deconstructed over 20 items of a level range 16-24, I did not get one steel ignot.
Is this a bug or working as intended? The only thing I could think that affected this was the adventuring level.
