Anyone else not getting extra magika from mages guild slotted? I definately have the passive equiped

is the Mages Guild skill on your active skill bar?
if you're on the other bar, the passive doesn't apply.

Yep, both bars even and then taken off and put back on, no changes in magika. Also CMX is not registering a change either.
Passive changes and says 2% when on and off but magika does not change, recovery does but not magika itself.

The Magicka Controller passive has been bugged for as long as I can remember.

IIRC, it's more a visual bug that comes and goes when you enter/leave combat. I can't remember exactly the circumstances, but it's been like this for years.
