New PVP Areas

There's an opportunity to make a fresh PVP zone in the Niben Bay. A modest size and interesting location including ruined Bravil. It could be known as the Blood Bay!
We also need an Arena for dueling. There are so many cool arena areas in the game and no where to officially duel. Even 2v2 would be cool in The Arena.
