nVidia drivers 576.40 for RTX 4070 series
After ESO updates 45 and 46, I have sometimes severe graphic glitches in some zones.
Especially near the sea.
For instance on Errinorne Isle in Auridon, and at some places in Solstice
I'm suspecting some issue ESO / vVidia for some kinds of water textures
