After you Drink a Potion for 6 seconds all your Healing abilities that cost Stam or Mag are reduced by 75% combine that with Potion Cooldown Jewelry and you're sustain is immense! It is really fun!
Cheers to all the self-healing Tanks this is really fun to use! Especially in High Damage areas where you can spam a burst heal for almost free... Casting Polar wind and healing yourself and a group member like this is really huge in tough situations.
