Make Furnishing Vault accesible for Decorator!

I LOVE the furnishing vault- thank you ZOS! However you can make it EVEN BETTER by allowing a designated designer access! Designers are trusted and vetted, and it is just so gosh darn clunky doing the mail and drop items to build for people...and this would be such a nice way to ease the process.
