Sneak counting as a "Permanent Buff"

I would like to make the humble request to not have the "sneak" status added by this update counting toward permanent buffs for the UI option. I don't wanna see the ESO plus buff all the time, but if I disable Permanent buffs from showing that removes the icon telling you if you are sneaking or not, defeating the assumed intended purpose of this update to sneaking.
