Scribed Skill Ink Refunds

I just wanted to say that I like the way they decided to handle ink refunds for scribed skills that changed. Personally I think getting the ink attached to a mail like this with an in-character explanation for why you're getting it is a much better approach than just a notification that skills have changed and you've been refunded ink.
