I bought a full set of purple gear (epic rarirty) for my Ember about three weeks ago on my main. Well this week I decided I was going to start playing my Nightblade and leveling it up for the upcoming update 46, and went and unlocked Ember as a companion on the Nightblade. When I went to check the gear, since at the time I did not know that companions are shared across the account, I realised all my gear was now normal rarity. Went through my bank, inventory, and main characters inventory but all my purple companion gear was gone. I use TTC like a lot of players do and the TTC price even still shows as if the gear was of epic rarity, though it is now normal rarity. I don't really know exactly what caused this, but I have seen that this was a bug from way back in 2021-2023... surely this is just a fluke and doesn't still happen on the regular to people.
