Error 307. Booted From Server. Can't log back in

This happens frequently, or I simply frequently am disconnected. I have the fastest cable internet connection possible.

I get error code 307..booted from server. Then, I can't log back in!!!! This should not happen!!!!
I have subscribed to this game for years!!! I do not want this to happen!!!
