I'm at 44,170 and I've been playing since beta with 427d of /played time on my main. I spent about the first 4 or 5 years pretty hardcore in the game, took a couple of years off and been back pretty serious now for a little over 2 years. :)

I have no idea, and I'm an achievement hunter. Since I know there will be achievements I'll never get, I only care about the ones I want, not a point total.

That is unfortunate :( I would suggest taking a peek in there you can obtain many things from achievements. Titles, Dyes, Mounts, Pets, Outfits, Markings, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something but point being there are no shortage of rewards just waiting to be obtained that you may just be one little item away from getting credit for that you dont know about. :)

I don't care either. All I know is that I started playing in February 2016 and I'm at about 230 days playtime on my main now (by chance I had been checking that a few days ago).

I usually check directly after a release whether there's anything interesting - usually there isn't. In my case it's also that after almost a decade I have probably about 200 pets and 100 mounts and probably another 150 emotes or so (that I never use anyway in case of emotes), obtained through playing, promos and whatnot (I might have bought 2 mounts over the years), I never get the feeling that there's that new thing I absolutely want now. If there's something that would fit perfectly for my character roleplay/lore-wise, okay. But how often does that happen? I don't need random-flashy-mount-with-no-reasonable-lore-background, neither do I care for the 50th different shade of orange as a dye, and I don't want to uglify my character with some skin that looks like a horrible rash spreading through badly cleaned saunas in Western Skyrim either. If some people enjoy that, fine with me of course. But I'm not interested in it.

65425 on my main, but he's missing the 160 points from the TG and DB museum achieves that I have on other characters.

I've been playing pretty well straight since right after Elsweyr released, but I was strictly solo until lockdowns. Since then, I started getting into the group content and then going harder and harder from there.

It's kind of funny, since everyone wants to talk about "oh, certain cosmetics/titles/etc. will get people into PvE!" but I'm one of the few examples of that. I got into group stuff specifically because I wanted to make a werewolf character and I needed the Beast personality for that. And then I just stuck with doing dungeons and trials from there. I even really cooled off on the solo stuff, since the base questing doesn't hold a candle to the storytelling and solo play from actual solo games like BG3 or even my Skyrim replay (and I just started the Oblivion remaster so that'll give me that fix too)

I was also definitely one of those "I'll never get a trifecta" kind of people, until I did. And now I have all the 4-man tris and the first 5 trial tris as well.

I'm hoping to see ESO keep expanding as it goes. Dungeons and Character Creation are my favorite things to do in this game, so I'm hoping that we have new Classes on the horizon so I can make some fresh new babies with all-new skills (and not just rehashed jumbles of things I've already played...)

I don't use titles, if I see a dye I haven't had before I assume it's from something I haven't paid attention to and I'm just happy to have it, I have more pets and mounts than I ever use (mostly don't use them much at all any more), I never use markings, and I don't and never would chase ANYTHING in a game.

Even if I ever return to the game (not looking very likely) I still wouldn't pay any attention to all that achievement stuff.

    44,315 on my main character.
Made the character in I think February 2021 and been playing with this ESO account on the PS EU megaserver since December 30 2020.

223 days played on my main character.
and i like to do achievements though usually only do it when there's rewards.

Currently my goal is to complete every dlc Master Angler achievement before update 46 as there's a 10 year anniversary Angler achievement, which lets us purchase the Argonian Houseboat furniture.
Before update 46 went to PTS i believe i only completed angler achievements that had rewards attached to it.

Achievement points aren't really something i care about though, we can't do anything with them.

Gameplay drives almost everything I do in eso. I couldn't care less about achievements by themselves. If I do something I don't enjoy, it's ultimately for a gameplay purpose.

Like when I decided to get into trials, it was purely for the enjoyment of playing through them. I've been in only one tri core so far that fell apart, but I wasn't in it for the title or the achievement points. I enjoy being part of highly organized teams and that was my sole motivation. I didn't even care about getting the achievement, it was the process I was after.

The times I got emp were more or less accidents. I just happened to find myself in that position a couple of times by playing a lot in some very good groups that earned a lot of ap and could push the map.

I come from a time when games generally didn't have canned achievements outside of overt goals like completing a level. We would invent our own achievements based on things we thought were genuinely interesting.

For example, I have a personal achievement that won't show up in a list: getting emp by deposing an infamous emp (methuselah) and a tough emp group (haxus) in a highly competitive campaign. The feeling of having my faction rally around us to make it happen was the best I have ever felt in eso.

I've been playing since February 2015 but I have no idea how many achievement points I have, I'd have to check next time I'm in-game. I don't care about achievements themselves, I only do them if it's something I was going to do anyway or on rare occasions because I want the dye or whatever that comes from the achievement. But I rarely even look at the menu and I don't think I've ever paid attention to the points, since they're meaningless.

This poll should have been anonymous.
People with lower achievment scores are unlikely to publicly declare it.

At the time of me writing this 84% of votes are 40K plus while only 16% are below that.
I don't believe for a second that this result accurately reflects even this forum, let alone the playerbase.

    No idea. Don't care.

Achievements are yet another pointless PITA grind for me and something I only engage with to get cool achievement furnishings and whatever cosmetic stuff the devs squirrel behind them

    - EDIT - Almost forgot, was supposed to also state how long I've been playing... Well, I joined during the last stage of beta.

Players should definitely not be ashamed of whatever they have accomplished in the game, how they play the game, what they know or dont know and players should absolutely not bash other players because of a lack of accomplishments, knowledge or anything else either. ESO is and always has been a very positive community regardless of your background to gaming. This poll was not designed or intended to be used to belittle anyone because of a lower achievement score or poke at anyone who has played the game a TON of time. Regardless of where you are in the game you should be proud of it and enjoy logging in when you do :) My intent with this poll was to simply see where other players have landed over the course of 10 years of game play and how it correlated to "completion" of the game.

I have been a bit surprised by the large amounts of lack of interest in achievements though, I definitely did not expect that one :) and I appreciate everyone being vocal about that as well. Hopefully the devs have made some notes on the comments so far and begin asking the questions of what more could be done to make achievements worth it? (not looking to make it a grind, but making it to where its interesting to pursue and have a positive impact once you complete something where you say oh wow that was actually pretty nice!)

680 days on my DK main. I've been playing since April 2014, took a few breaks but came back for good in 2016. I don't count myself as a committed achievement hunter, though I do pursue a few on occasion, especially if they unlock furnishings or some other goody I'm after. I'm missing points mostly from vet dungeons and trials, since those activities require me to have social skills above potato level, and vet arenas.

Same here, and I think playing so many games before achievements existed (and newer ones without them) is a big part of it. There's a couple of games I've played where the achievements list is also the equivalent of the quest log or whatever - basically the main/only record of what there is to do, so then I do use it, but in most games I just focus on playing the game as I want to and if an achievement happens to pop up it's a coincidence.
