Can we please fix the "error cant connect to server" issue

I've been playing this game off and on since 2014ish. Never had this issue, decided to come back because of the cool subclass patch and maybe run some trials. first week I kept disconnecting from server I tried hard to "fix" this issue and finally I did, Now comes Last server down time I'm doing the same thing, I've been fine for a month. I followed the steps they told me, I just submitted a ticket and I did ALL THE SAME STEPS I DID and still got booted in the middle of a Vet trial. This is the only game this happens with, it feels like a server problem not a client problem. This is not ok and drives people away from the game
