Hiding overhead healthbar/nameplate

For lack of a better descriptor, I've included a screenshot.
Has anybody noted an add-on to hide the giant health/name bar at the top-center when highlighting any NPC/player? I'm using Full Immersion from ESOUI to hide everything else except the crosshair, but can't get rid of this pesky bar.
