The English meaning is different from the Chinese version, but the descriptions of this set in both languages ​​are different from any version in the PTS cycle. The original effect of Kazpian is that each sword causes damage to a single enemy. If there are other swords, the damage caused is strengthened.
Later in v11-0-3, each sword activated increased the player's damage by 1% (changed to 2% in v11-0-4), but each sword still caused single-target damage and canceled the strengthening of other swords.

According to the English promotion, this seems to be a merger of the effects of v11-0-0 and v11-0-3 in the PTS. That is, "promising more damage to come (the effect of V11.0.3)", "each sword is empowered by other swords around it (V11.0.0)"

So they accidentally made the swords single target instead of direct aoe? I wonder if fixing that would make it actually good.
