The blackrose prison bow is currently getting its damaged reduced twice. The initial hit of the bow determines how much damage the dot will do, which gets reduced by battle spirit, but the dot portion is also reduced by battle spirit.

This affects a lot of skills and sets that have some secondary effect based on damage done. Often it’s healing done or a shield size, but sometimes it’s also damage.
