Idea for new crown store item

Sorry in advance if this has been suggested but it would be nice if we could purchase housing tokens in the crown store. Similar to other one time use tokens; it would be expended upon use and upgrade which ever house it is used in, to ESO+ inventory levels. In other words, a player could purchase a housing token and use it to permanently unlock all of the inventory slots of one house.
