I wanted to buy the Sithis, The Dread Father statue that was on sale for 1600 crowns for ESO+ members, but I can't because you took down crown store while the sale was still on, but now it is gone.

@Zos_Kevin Whose idea it was? You are having a sale for item that people can't buy because you take down crown store. How about giving extra day for this statue then.. Now you make me wait at least another year for it to come in sale again. DO you think this is good customer service?

Please be a little nicer to the forum mods. I doubt they have anything directly to do with what is in the crown store and when it's take down, although they can most likely assist or point you in the right direction and generally seem to be willing to help with most requests. That being said I see many posts where people just call the help desk number for unavailable items and seem to get help that way which is probably what will need done as I doubt it will get relisted in the store....

We don't have any better ways to contact "the right people". So we use any means we can find. The internet support only has predetermined issues and answers you can choose from, there is no way to talk to anyone directly or send email. So that is why we use forums and hope that the admins here will forward the messages to these "right people".

Sithis has protected you and you dont even see it ... because Sithis is a God in spirit ffform, he is unable to be seen by flesh eyes, it would be rediculas to think you could have him (er .. i should say "it" not "him" considering Sithis is a Spirit of DEATH energy, and a Void, not a fleshly being) in a "statue form"
if it was in the crown store and you bought it that would be considered Blasphemy!
consider yourself blessed for not having this item.
but for those whom do own it, you would be Very Wise to destroy such item Immediately!
imagine how much worse even for those whom are trying to sell said item ...
what you are claiming was a bad customer service .. was actually happened by powers and a Hand we are unable to see.
this wasn't a mistake!
