Food Buff showing Zero - again? still?

What is the deal with this again? I was trying to find an answer and couldn't. Just noticing how many of my characters' recovery numbers are so low and all my food buffs are showing zero, and nothing in my attributes are being changed. I've seen this was a past issue, but resolvement? Is it the oakensoul? Something I'm wearing? CPs?

Yeah, I guess I'm hearing it is a glitch. Surprised this hasn't been fixed. I really need to see my buffs. I'm looking at my character sheet, and her health for a DK stam is so low. I made Garlic Cod with Potato crust with Increases Max health by 5395 and Max Stamina by 4936 which would be great, but it's 0. And it doesn't increase her at all. for me, new bug(u40 start?) is sometime i port other map ,my food buff will auto remove.0 -

This is supposed to be only a bug on the recipe tooltip. Check your character sheet stats before and after eating the food.
