How do I get to Cyrodiil ?

I never received the "Welcome to cyrodill" quest when I hit level 10. I am in the ebonheart pact is there a way I can walk to cyrodill. or can anyone tell me where the NPC that you talk to when you hit level 10 is located? Please help and thanks

You have to do it through your menu, I didn't find it terribly intuitive.

You have to go to the Alliance War section and choose the Campaigns tab, from there you then choose a home campaign (no idea what the different ones are, I didn't play there much), and once you have a home campaign you should be able to travel there directly through your menu.

I'm sure there are better instructions online somewhere, but thought I'd try and help lol.

I did all that and I still cant fast travel there I am not sure what the deal is but when I open my map there are no links (or wayshrines) in cyrodill I can travel to.....

I'm in the same situation, just turned level 10 and can't figure out how to get to Cyrodiil! Same symptoms as Sacklunch...

Ahh, you don't get there from the map, but choose to enter campaign...

Follow ChanceofRust's instructions. Once it has selected home campaign, it must push "cue" button, E i believe it is. Then this one will see cue wait time pop up and within few seconds it should give option to "enter Cyrodill" I believe it is same button again. Then Sacklunch will enter with loading screen. Ri'Dariit suggests if this won't help, this one must submit /bug in game. Bug makes good bait for catching fish.

Well, thanks to the instructions above, I was able to travel - however I got stuck on the loading screen for over 15 minutes. That can't be right! I have a SSD and nothing takes over a minute to load usually. Is this a new bug?

thank you xy_productions, I was totally missing the enter cyrodiil on the bottom options. I feel great for the advise but kinda stupid that I need it...lol never the less thanks again for the help.
