Just stole like 20 item from pickpocketing and stole another 20 and I haven’t gotten any pocket of illgood.

Is the even over or is it on hold?? Cause I’m not getting anything for my crime.

Yep it's over. When events say they'll end on a certain day, it doesn't necessarily mean they will run for the entire duration of that day. The 'announcements' section of the pause menu will show you if an event is active and give you a timer until it's over.
