Nord Statues from Golden Pursuit - Missing

Hello! I have already placed a ticket about this. But wanted to come over to the forums about the issue due to an increase of other players saying they are having the same issue. The Nord Statue that was received as a reward for doing the Golden Pursuit that ran from December 3, 2024 to January 6, 2025 has been disappearing. Mine was in my bank last I checked. Others have said it was in their house. For some reason the statue is not there anymore. There have been players who said they have also placed a ticket. Like me, no help was received. We are told there is nothing that can be done or "you didn't do the requirements for it". Despite having the Shoal Bear that was the final reward for that golden pursuit. Now I would understand if the Nord Statue had to be taken out of the game due to an issue and would be given back at a later date or if this is a silly little glitch. But if that is the case. Something should be said to the community. Instead of having us look all over the place for it and then be told by customer support that we can't have the item we worked for. Now if this is an issue no knows about. Customer support should have made a report to have it looked into.

So I come to the forums to see who else has been having this issue or if anyone has heard the same thing happen to their fellow guild members and friends. Plus to see how the Devs can help fix this issue and restore the item to those that had it taken away from them. It would be really silly to do all that work for it to be a "limit time" item.
