So, to start...
I pre-ordered specifically to get to play during early release. The server down times where respectable only taking away a few hours of play, of which I slept.
Wednesday night at around 7:30pm Central time US, I enter a dungeon with about 15 guildies in Cyrodil and crashed upon loading. Upon relogging in, I found myself falling through the bottom of the map like I had numerous times in beta.
After what has now been hours in the chat que, which where only interrupt by unknown errors, plus over 8 in-game support email requests, 5 phone call request and two web based e-mails, I still log into my main character and find him falling through the map.
Technical staff all say " try /camp, /reloadui, /unstuck, teleport to friend, use a wayshrine, change your campaign...
None of this works
/stuck cannot be used in cyrodil
Logging, /reloadui and /camp all load me into the same exact spot
The campaign that I set as guest, I was then told to set as home by my GM. It wont let me switch it since the times is always at 11+ hours due to being in the actual campaign.
This is a five second fix of a kill or move command that could be issued by a GM.
Support for this game is sucking hard. I would love a bit of level compensation or something for this non-sense. Guildmates and friends are now 15 levels higher than myself, including my Mara buddy. These issues should have been fixed in the 5+ betas. Such BS
