The definition of madness is doing the same thing and expecting different results.
If the question is "why do players have so much burst?" The answer shouldn't be add delayed burst in scribing or add a new set with a higher bust tooltip.
If the question is "why do players have so many buffs" the answer shouldn't be add more "buffs you and 12 other players" items, likewise for if the question is "Why are some players so tanky", all the reduction in buff % did was reduce the effectiveness of a player not running with 12 other players buff + damage
So if the question is "have we balanced all classes and made them unique" the answer shouldn't be 'Let's give Dragon knight access to run the strongest executes in the game and let's refine the game to one META for all classes' after rebalance over rebalance.
This isn't said for bashing, it is said out of love for the game and wishing it to progress not repeat or regress, We can have sub classing, But first the classes need to be totally reworked, not just slapped together leaving one clear meta that turns all classes into that meta subclass mix.
If you need more time, then take more time, start with a clean sheet and think of class identity and rolls, or rework Passives entirely, whatever it takes for subclassing to keep a Sorc as a Sorc with a taste of something else and a DK being a DK with a flavour of another class, not just adopting another classes identity as their main style, or stacking the most OP of every skill line.
