For example, sometimes when I have to make 16 of something, it completes on the first batch of 4; other times, it doesn't. I wonder if creating something as part of a writ sets some sort of flag on the item which means that any excess over requirements can "carry over" to the next writ for the same item?
Edit: either that, or it's just glitchy like you said.

I just did a Provisioning Master Writ that required me to make 8 Longfin Pasty with Melon Sauce. I already had 63 in my inventory created by the same character that did the master writ (and even more in the bank), but it still asked me to make one. Was this just a glitch? Or are (provisioning) master writs no longer craftable in advance? (The latter would be extremely annoying)
