Partial Refund for Inventory Pet Cost?

I recently purchased all three of the Inventory Pets:
Bristleneck War Boar
Mournhold Packrat
Explorer's Pack Donkey

on PC/EU for the full price of 1200 crowns. Within a day or two of my purchase, they went on sale for 960 crowns each.

Is there any way to get the price difference refunded to my account?

I've tried submitting tickets in game, but nothing is a good match, and I've gotten 0 responses for the tickets I did file.
They have my correct email address since all the advertisements to spend more crowns came to my email address just fine in this same period of time. :#

Any help with sorting this out would be greatly appreciated.

    You should be able to check the status of a ticket by logging into the support website: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com

    Putting in multiple tickets for the same issue will delay their response.

    You could also post ticket number(s) here for Kevin or one of the forum mods to check on.

    I doubt they give partial refunds for purchasing something that later went on sale, but good luck.

    Because most businesses in the USA give a price guarantee of 15 to 30 days.
