Hey ZOS.
So I just now I accidently find out you had a sale on ESO+??? FYI not everyone uses social media. Shocking! I know.

So even though I found out today and even though it says until the 24th I guess it ended at 10am?

LOL. Well I would have taken advantage of it HAD I KNOWN.

You advertise the free trials waaaayyyy better. Oh well, try better next time.

It was advertised much the same way the free trials are.
In a bold heading on the log in screen.
    On the website.
Plus I got an email. All the same as the free trials.
The only difference is that the free trials popped up in game because THATS where you got them, from the crown store. Couldn't do that with these so no, they weren't in the crown store.
Not sure what social media you are talking about, you didn't need any social media to know about it. I use no social media for ESO, never have, but I always know about crown sales, etc. I always scan the news feed, even briefly.
If you opted out of getting emails about news then that's kind of your decision? And if you login without at least scanning the headings in the news on the login screen.... *shrugs*.
10 a.m. is always the turnover time, the end/start of events and offers.

I get that its frustrating to have missed it but it's not ZoS' fault. Maybe check to be sure you are opted in for emails? It's not like you get spammed, they don't send that many.

If you don't want to miss out on news about ESO I recommend signing up to the mailing list or checking out this page on the main site every few days: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news

They also put stuff on the launcher but to be honest I never look at that, I just click the play button then shut it down.

I am signed up for the mailing list. Nothing was ever sent

I check the log in screen every time. It was not there.

Free week is even a pop up. Not this.

Anyway I honestly don't care. This whole stupid multiclassing has me thinking I'm ready to move on anyway.

If I signed up for ESO+ then I might have subbed again so maybe ZOS did me a favor.

Happy found talk about membership stuff, I prefer to not get e-mails from the site, but e-mails in game, makes playing not ordinary with more to do in game, reading in site regularly will help you @Tigertron stay up to date that will help lead wherever you need to be in the game. I hope you do get a membership soon by signing up like we all have to do our part, most of us don‘t get paid, the basic philosophy I have about paying monthly ESO is that helps cycle for everyone by paying the monthly fee that would be sweet if one day from your monthly payment that will be paid partially to me, then I try to remember how to pay back because family pays each other
