Is Unleashed Ritualist being adjusted in U46?

I saw two different sets of numbers for live and pts, and it seems that the improvement on PTS is greater, but I don't seem to find any relevant explanation in the patch notes.
@ZOS_Kevin Could you please confirm whether this set has been adjusted?

By the way, I don’t want to be picky, but the patch notes for this update seem to be incomplete from time to time, with v11.0.0 alone having them supplemented twice.

If corpses now count as minion count; would explosions from said corpses count as pet damage?

    Unleashed Ritualist + Corpseburster?

Most likely sub par...but interesting non the less.

Corpses have always counted as "pets" but that doesn't affect corpseburster damage.

The only use for Ritualist is if you're running the Animate Blastbones ultimate, in which case it is quite good, but Dagon's is still currently more damage for Blastbones and also buffs heals and other AoE abilities. With this change, Ritualist is probably slightly higher damage at the cost of not buffing your heals.

Too bad Animate Blastbones is getting dumpstered by the corpse changes next patch.

Has anyone with PTS access tested whether it is actually providing that 20% to both sorcerer daedra and blastbones? If not, consider this a request to do so and share the info.
