Is this item a furnishing?

I've been doing Summerset and love the Alinor style furnishings, I've seen these fireguard things on some fireplaces and wondered if they actually exist in the game as a furnishing we can use. If it can and anyone knows what its called/how to get it I'd love to know.

Logs and grate not included

EDIT: if memory serves the 'flaming logs' are Housing Editor exclusive, people get creative by clipping flaming furnishings (like various braziers for instance) under this:

Regarding the grate you may need to get creative too and see what is available to clip through and achieve a similar result

you can get the Logs by buying a Cheap house with a working Fireplace (I think Cliffshade - but not sure, there are 1 or 2) or using the cheap non burning ones from a Home Goods vendor and add 1 or 2 torches

for the grating I use:



they are for crowns only but its not too much - 170cr - and don´t look too ayleid if you use only the upper part. Not sure if the Small or Large Grating fits the fireplace better, but you can try with Preview Placement before you buy them.

Autumns Gate, Cliffshade and Domus Phrasticus all come with Firelogs Flaming when brought unfurnished with gold.

Which in turn means those fires are not bound so can be traded, therefore you can find them at Guild Traders.

I named those three because they are probably the cheapest houses on the list that come with the fires, it's a fairly long list though. 🙂

That looks OK to me, but again I'm not the OP and I agree that the grate in OP's pic looks nicer.

This is pretty BUT it's big(wide as well as tall) so you'll have to find ways to hide the edges, I used

I often find that getting the effect I desire involves using extra spaces to hide bits of the chosen item, which sucks considering space limits!!

These look pretty good, the second I think will work especially well with some other fireplaces, perhaps the colovian. I'll definitely look into checking them out thanks.

Sigh. That grate has long been #2 on my list of most wanted furnishing items. (The mushroom boxes and barrels in alchemist shops is #1.)
