Healing Vault will not fire if targeting a friendly player at close range.

When using the Healing focus script for the bow scribe skill Vault, if you are targeting a friendly player with your cursor and are ~1 meter or less away from the intended player, the skill will not fire. The button on your skill bar will flash as if it went off, but nothing will happen.
Considering this is a healing ability, quite possibly the most important stam healer healing ability given its berserk script, this is problematic in combat.
