Hopefully more devs on PC will join in updating their work for console and you’ll get one for furnishing.

I would like to add my voice to combat metrics.

I also would love to see, but don't know the name, the addon you see in YouTube videos that alert you to the up coming mechanics in fights. As a new tank I think this could be a great resource.

If that is the one I am thinking of, I hope it can be used instead of editing and uploading two hours of video for a trial.

I assume it will be at the discretion of the group leader.

These two go hand in hand. Anything which is easy to farm isn't going to be worth much, because lots of people will be able to get it. That firstly reduces demand because lots of people who want it can get their own, and increases the supply because more people will get ones to sell, including people who aren't farming them for a profit (and may not even know what their items are worth) so they can sell for far less than a farmer would.

You can't have a rare, valuable drop that's also quick and easy to farm.

(The one sort-of compromise is things like crafting materials where people using them need a lot of them, they're not worth a lot individually, but you can sell a lot.)

I’ve played this game long enough to know how this works, and have farmed furnishing plans nearly the whole time I have been playing. If you have been following the housing scene like that, you know how the drop rate went from fairly reasonable to a painful grind that usually results in base game purples in dlc areas that are virtually worthless.

How do xbox prices compare to PC? This doesn't seem like a good addon to bring to Playstation. None of the pricing addons would be a good idea tbh.

I will absolutely not use any add-ons on my PS5 for this game or any other.

Regardless of the assurances that the creators promise, I can assure you that they will be buggy and you will have no recourse for correction... perhaps except to pray.

Addons cannot break the game itself. If one isn't working all you need to do is turn it off and play without it until it's fixed (or you find a replacement).
