PTS Priority (Subclasses vs. Vengeance)

Subclassing is making a stir around these parts. Some people are super happy, others are appalled. I for one don't hate the idea but I don't think this system will release in a happy balanced state in time. I wish the team took more time to balance things as it stands now, as the cancellation of chapter expansions would give the team ample time to get into the nitty gritty - finishing standardization and hybridization of the game/ balancing and all that. Instead, we're hit with Subclassing which will be a year long ordeal to buff and nerf individual skill lines to make the game coherent going forward. The end result could be fun, sure, however the journey is going to be hellish for many. So what's my point?

We have known about Cyrodiil Champions/Vengeance for awhile. It has been enjoyable looking in on this project as it has already seen much promise and caused much traffic (not laggy) into PVP during our test. I want to see Vengeance implemented as fast as possible, as it has been known to the public for longer than Subclassing (which just got its reveal) but is only going to be enjoyed in Weeklong tests??? We don't just need Vengeance for the impending Subclassing nightmare of Warden Sorcblades running around cloaking and streaking everything in PVP, but we needed it as it was for dodging Ballgroups, Blocktanks and 1tap Sorcloaders.

Subclassing is coming out. FAST. Comparatively, Vengeance has been stewing for awhile and poses no risk to the rest of the game. I don't see why we can't get Vengeance out for prolonged "Early Access" or testing that is always open alongside Grey Host. Subclassing is going to break things. Vengeance futureproofs Cyrodiil in a way that new sets, mythics and skills(balancing or EHEM new systems) cannot shake up or destroy. If Subclassing can be released in 2 months, lets get Vengeance out for us to enjoy ASAP also.

To the Vengeance naysayers - Grey Host isn't leaving. You can lag and ballgroup cross heal block tank sorc abuse under delayed skill input and latency with 95% of build diversity eaten by Rallying Cry/Wretched Vitality/Tarnished Nightmare together there. Vengeance cannot hurt you. Subclassing should be a wakeup call for you. Tell us how Grey Host goes once things go live. Give us a live counter of how many Spec Bows you see an hour!

EDIT: Forgot to mention! The PTS Patch only gave us a mention for Vengeance saying new skill lines will be available for the next test. I would love to request that we see these skills on the PTS notes so we can assess their implications going forward. More than a paragraph! Thanks you for Vengeance and I hope to see it playable for long-term soon.

    Here is the problem... only a small portion of ESO's players are dedicated to PvP... so WHO should get the priority, the majority or the minority? Also, as chapters have reduced, so has their staffing (being moved to other game development)... so they are making due with less. So we also have to take that into consideration as well... and reworking existing skills to work for subclassing takes much less development than a major undertaking that is PvP.

    Bro. Vengeance was already up for a week. My point is that Vengeance is already in a playable state. No more work needed and yet they said this patch more skills are coming to Vengeance. The work has already been done. I know PVP is a lower playerbase but Vengeance has baked longer. So it should just be out as a playable test from now on.
