Character appearance bug after curing of Vampirism

Hello!
I want to ask anyone of the forum moderators team to help me to somehow set up a contact with some of the gamemasters because Customer Service work isn't any helpful for me this time for some reason.
One of my characters never had any face markings since creation (even anytime-applied/disabled ones out of just fitting them) but after I wanted to make 2nd build for him via Armory and got cured from Vampirism (that this character had almost since very creation in 2018 or 2019) for that I somehow got one (big and ugly) face marking, and it seems there is some sort of game bug happened. To add to this - now I have this markings in both builds (including Vampirism and without it).
I made in-game ticket # 250416-003501 (following all the rules) about this situation at first. And after some hours some Customer Support manager (Jhonas) contacted me via my e-mail attached to ESO account and asked me to send some screenshots that could help to investigate the problem and solve it. But After screenshots was send another manager replied to me like my ticket and previous conversation about screenshots were never existed. In the end now I got 3 mails from 3 other managers since that time for last 2 days as replies for my attempts to explain the situation again. And Customer Service ignored it all and only offered to me fix game files if I have any problems, make in-game ticket about my problem (that was made and all the dialogue at e-mail attached to number of my ticket) and last one with "advice" to change my character appearance via game shop.
I want to get help from any gamemaster that could check my issues and ideally fix it, please, because it's not fair to ask players to pay their money for fixing game bug that happened without player's mistake or even participation in its appearing.

So here is great, trustworthy and even started to be a reality plan of that brilliant marketologists (new to project ones it seems tho) ! What could actually go wrong?!
I bet noone could imagine the end of this game will be dreadful as this. It's so insane that there are no words in any language in the whole world to describe it precise... Even my once beloved Rift that violently died before in his own devs hands too still died not in so horrible agony...

✭✭If I recall correctly you can buy Head Markings in the Crown store for 500 crowns. Has the option to not include head markings. If you have extra crowns you might try that, seems quicker than going this route. Or just buy the crowns from someone on whichever platform you are on. Anyway just a thought.0 -

I know it for sure, but I don't want to spend money on fixing game error that wasn't caused by my pointed actions and hopefully could be resolved by other means without unnecesarry wasting of crowns or gold.
