Languid Eye is not being buffed by fiery banner

On Live at the moment, Languid eye is not getting a buff from Fiery Banner, despite being a DoT damage ability. This seems to be an error, as it is correctly buffed by the Thaumaturge CP, which has the exact same text as Fiery Banner. I've attached a side by side comparison for reference.

You are only partially correct, there is definetely an issue and I'm not sure why it shows up on tooltip, that itself may be a seperate issue.
Live: Fiery Banner with crux + minor protection (aka exclusively fiery) + no passives at all whatsoever no cp no mundus etc.
No Banner: 1045, 1118, 1191, 1264, 1338, 1411, 1484.
Banner: 1108, 1777 (crit), 1262, 1340, 1418, 1495.
It is affecting the first tick fully
and then MASSIVELY diminishing returns at the increasing damage
It is likely adding the 6% additively rather than multiplicatively with each increase.
This is apperantly also the case with vateshran daggers, the execute is additve rather than multiplicative.0
