I got booted from game and now the only thing i can do is rename my char?

I've tried relogging and reopening etc, but now all i can do is rename my char and also my chars name has changed and now has random numbers at back and front. i was doing a quest with Sees-All-Colours in Grahtwood, like the first quest for her in that zone :P any solutions?
