Maintenance for the week of November 17:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – November 17
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 17, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 19, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)

PS/EU Battleground leaderboard did not reset (Again!)

This started happening early March, where we didn't get BG leaderboard rewards for weeks, because the leaderboard wasn't resetting.

Two weeks ago and one week ago, they suddenly did reset and gave rewards.
Things still didn't feel right, because the rewards didn't seem to happen at the exact time when the board closed.
All other leaderboards I was on did sent their rewards immediately after closing, like they always do.
The BG leaderboard rewards were sent 10-30 minutes after closing. It looked like they fixed it manually for those weeks.
But this week, again, the leaderboards haven't reset. No rewards, and the scores of the previous week are still showing.
Please reset the BG leaderboards on PS/EU and send my reward.
@ZOS_Kevin my ticket 250317-001760 has status "investigation going" for a month now. Could you please shine a light on this.
