Save Hadran's Caravan!!! This is our only hope!!

Hadran's Caravan needed the nerf since people started using this to farm exp much too easily. I think anyone who knows about it understands why a nerf needed to happen. However, according to UESP, previous versions of this quest did not award any winnings. It was just a fun way to have some immersion and replayability in the zone, something that zones desperately need more of and not less. This gave you a fun reason to visit this location again and delight in the many spectacles it had and engage in some cultural roleplay. Rather than kill this completely by ending the ability to replay the quests, just restore them to their previous unexploited form. If that's not possible, just make the winning a completely worthless treasure and no exp. This way people can't sit there and just spam the same button all day and level a character. Or make it a proper daily, as in only winnable once per day. I fear that once this change goes live, it will never be able to be addressed again because it was already a niche activity.

I love the idea of being able to go and play little mini games on the map and would like to see more of them added to the game.

Please consider this change. It might not be the most popular piece of the game but it's been a welcome, small bit of RPG immersion for a long while.

It was nerfed because of the loot (gold), not the XP.
Players just afk'ed for 30 minutes, looted everything and had a full vendor for that day. In Zos' eyes it was an too easy gold farm.

But I agree with your replayability-part.
