Imperial City: Floor of Ruined Archives in Arboretum currently missing

In the Ruined Archives, the half of the floor closest to the door is currently missing. Model and collision beyond the door sill are absent; attempting to proceed into the room just sends you plummeting into a blue skybox void. The nature of the problem is such that progressing the quest is not possible while it is present.
