Skill & Attribute Respec Shrines in Cyrodiil

Please pass on the fact that with the new Subclassing system it will be more of a problem for us to still not have access to skill and attribute respec shrines in Cyrodiil.
The past 2 feature releases which affect these things (Armory system and Scribing) took between 1y and 6 months after implementation to consider that Cyrodiil also needs the functionality available.
Please can it be pre-considered this time?
