twitch drops not showing up in game

have had my accounts linked for years .. the last 2 drop session never showed up in game .. anyone else seeing this?

I didn't get credit for the Orobos crate. I think the stream down time stopped the clock for the reward, so did anyone get the Orobos crown crate?
