PC/NA. Playing as my Dark Elf Arcanist, Malatanya Loralasil (I feel a little silly saying this but the guidelines said including the character name helps so here we are). Have reached Coldharbour and am working through the zone quests. Just completed most of "Light From The Darkness" in the normal fashion with no issues and have returned to the Fighters Guild to attempt to rendezvous with King Dynar.
He is standing in his appointed place next to the Groundskeeper. However, there are two of him. Both are still visible and neither fade when a dialogue window is initiated. After relogging, there are still two of him.
I guess the moral here is trust nobody ... not even your elf.
