My PC-NA main character cannot access the quest "The Tournament Begins" from the Tales of Tribute questline.

I can't seem to upload the screenshots I took for this, so you'll have to take me at my word, but here's what's happening:

There is no quest marker over the questgiver (Master Razhamad). The quest is not in my Quest Journal (I believe it would be under "High Isle" if it were; the screenshot would have shown that I have no High Isle quests). And all of the achievements earned from "The Tournament Begins" quest onward are greyed out, meaning I haven't done them on any character at all.

What I think may have happened is that I didn't pick up the next quest in the series after doing the intro (over 2 years ago), wanting to save it for a later date and not wanting to fill up my Quest Journal too much. Then some update(s) happened that caused something to get bugged, thus making the next quest unavailable to me. Other than that, I have no idea.

Logging back in and out has not helped. I have done so multiple times since I first noticed this about a week ago, often with hours of downtime in between.

I have submitted both a bug report and an "Ask for Help" ticket, the latter of which is currently open as of posting this.

I know that the connected achievements are account-wide and I could likely do the quest line on another character to get them, but I'd really like to use my main. Is there a way to get this quest to show back up for my main character?

Have you played any TOT at all? According to UESP you need to have a rank of novice to start it, Check this link https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:The_Tournament_Begins

You have to play TOT matches to raise your rank to continue the quest line.If you've done the tournament begins quest already, then you should have an achievement called A Friend Indeed still open.

Honestly @Lucifer_Sam that could be the issue... I played ToT a lot on EU when it first came out and barely touched it on NA. So it's been years since I've done anything aside from challenging an NPC for a daily quest here and there or unlocking a new deck on EU.

It's been so long that I've actually forgotten how to check my rank. >.< I can't find it in any of the menus, but I knew how to get there at one point... I can see that I don't have the Roister's Club Novice achievement, though, so I'm guessing that's probably where I'm going wrong. I'll play a few more games and see what happens.

Thank you for the info! I feel like massive derp, now...
