Marker for BD Contract: Kill Ab'jhad - Wrong Zone Indicated by Marker

If I use the Map Hotkey from my Quest Journal for the Dark Brotherhood contract, it leads me to the Daggerfall Palace in Glenumbra, instead of his actual location in Grahtwood:
According to UESP, his location is the Artisan's Court in the Elden Root Great Tree:
Once located, he does have the DB Target over his head, but the compass doesn't show we're within range of him, and there's no arrow to indicate his direction.
(This compass was for a different target, the compass for Ab'jhad didn't register him in either Daggerfall or Elden Root, and remained blank)
