Ferocious Roar bugs.

Ferocious Roar has a few issues that should be addressed.
1. The fear range of this skill is often nowhere near 6m. It's more like 2m and is entirely dependent on which direction your enemy is heading. If they are running away, you must be phased into their character for it to work. If they are close by in normal combat, but moving slightly away the skill may just not hit at all and needs to be recast. There goes another 4300 Stam.
2. Heavy attacks are not 33% faster for 10s after casting. They are 33% faster after your next heavy attack(normal speed) but ONLY if you continue to heavy attack. Now the next part of this comes into play. The heavy attack bug(see my other thread in bug reports) If the heavy attacks ever stop the player must start over again with the normal speed heavy attack. By that time, the Ferocious Roar will need to be re-cast because the timer will run out soon. Another 4300 Stam to catch back up. Being stunned, pulled, or heavy attack bugged will cause this. So now that we have used resources for break free and roll dodges, we stack the additional need to recast the skill on top of that because it takes 2 seconds to get the first slow heavy attack to cast.

All of this, just to be able to theoretically use 33% faster heavy attacks.

The fix.
1. Increase the range of Ferocious Roar.
2. The first heavy attack after casting should also be 33% faster.
