Possible Bug with Sovereign Sow Fragments – Jester’s Festival

Hello ESO Support Team,
I would like to report a possible issue with the Sovereign Sow fragments during the Jester’s Festival.
Other players an me, across multiple accounts and after over 1,000 Stupendous Jester’s Festival Boxes, we have only received this two specific fragments:
The remaining fragments (Sovereign Brush, Oil, Tiara, Libations, and Lead) have not dropped a single time, despite extensive testing.
I suspect that either:
Could you please verify whether these missing fragments are dropping correctly? If not, an official statement would be greatly appreciated.

- Sovereign Fodder
- Sovereign Sash
The remaining fragments (Sovereign Brush, Oil, Tiara, Libations, and Lead) have not dropped a single time, despite extensive testing.
I suspect that either:
- The drop rate for these fragments is extremely low or incorrect.
- The missing fragments may not be in the loot pool at all.
- There is a bug in the reward system.
Could you please verify whether these missing fragments are dropping correctly? If not, an official statement would be greatly appreciated.
