Most annoying ToT bug still happening

As in title... it is 3 years now if I count right... and still loading screen can happenen during tot match and then the table is skewed so much that over half of it is beyond the screen... no way to play let alone to win the game... and it can happen sometimes when you are like 35-10 in terms of power... see the screen below...
It happenes quite often in Mournhold near wayshrine/blacksmith... and I don't like to go to the other side of map just to play Tales of Tribute
